Account Information
- Email address (for authentication)
- Name (if provided)
Customer Data
- Business names, addresses, and contact information you enter
- Notes and activity history you create
- Quotes and sales data you generate
Location Data
- Your device location (when permitted) to show nearby customers and optimize routes
- Customer addresses are geocoded to display on maps
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To provide the Seli CRM service
- To display customers on maps and optimize routes
- To send activity reminders and notifications
- To authenticate your account
DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database service with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement row-level security to ensure you can only access your own data.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase (database and authentication)
- Google (Sign-In authentication, geocoding)
- Apple (Sign-In authentication)
- OpenStreetMap/OSRM (maps and routing)
DATA RETENTION
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Export your data
- Delete your account and data
- Opt out of notifications
